When does the 7 days start?
The 7 Day period will start from the date that you received the item, this is usually based on the signing of the consignment note from the courier. If a consignment note is not available, we will start the 7 Days from the dispatch date plus 3 days.

How do I make a claim?
Simply send an email containing your order details and we will reply with a confirmation.

Who pays for the freight?
The customer will be liable for any freight costs to return the item/s.

Where do I send the items?
To our Melbourne warehouse. We will advise you where to send the item/s when we confirm your order details.

How do I return the item/s?
You must arrange for the item to be returned to the nearest Mojo Direct warehouse, you will be provided with an address and times that items will be received. In all circumstances, items should be in their original packaging and be suitably packed and protected from damage during freight.

How much do you get back?
You will be refunded the original purchase price of the item/s being returned less delivery costs.

When will you get the money?
Mojo Direct will refund the money within 48 hours of receiving the item in question. Please note that it may take a couple of days for the bank to clear funds to your account or credit card. We will advise once the refund has been issued.

How will get the money?
Mojo Direct will refund the money to the original account used to purchase the item. No other form of refund (apart from crediting your account) will be issued.

What will Mojo Direct not refund?
Mojo Direct will not refund any freight costs including any re-delivery fees to or from Mojo Direct, or any surcharges incurred during the transaction.

Mojo Direct will not issue a refund if the item is damaged or not in the original condition and packaging with all original accessories supplied.

What if I want to exchange?
No problem, just let us know and we will credit your account with the funds instead of issuing a cash refund.

What if the item was faulty, damaged or the wrong item was delivered?

If you receive a damaged item or it is not functioning as designed, then you can return the item via our RMA process. Please see our return policy for more details.
