Mojo Direct - Delivery & Dispatch

How much is delivery?
To calculate delivery costs, simply add the item(s) to you cart and click "Calculate Delivery & Handling". You can then enter your postcode for the delivery cost. When you purchase more than 1 item, the cart will calculate the combined delivery cost, providing you with the best possible price.

Which courier do you use?
Mojo Direct uses 'Bluestar Logistics' and 'Toll IPEC' couriers to deliver Australia wide. Some smaller items are sent via Australia Post.

Is the delivery insured?
Yes, delivery is insured for your piece of mind. If your order is lost/stolen/destroyed during transit, we will dispatch a replacement.

Do you deliver to PO BOX or RSD addresses?
Unfortunately not, our courier, like most, does not deliver to PO BOX or RSD addresses.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (business days) after your payment has been received.

Can I track the delivery of my order?
Yes, you will be issued with an email containing your consignment number and tracking details on the same day your item is dispatched.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery is via Road Express and usually takes 1-3 business days to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne & Adelaide. Perth, Darwin and other rural areas may take 3-7 business days. Whilst delivery times are usually very quick, please understand that we can not guarantee exact delivery times as this is beyond our control.

Does someone need to be home to sign for the delivery?
Yes, all courier deliveries require a signiture. If no one is usually home during the day, consider having the item delivered to your work address.

We do ask that the courier give you a call before delivery. Alternatively you can contact the courier yourself using the details and consignment number issued to you via email.

Can you deliver on a specific day?
No, we can not specify an exact date or time of a courier delivery as there are many variables. Remember you can always track your order with the consignment details provided.

Where is my order dispatched from?
Orders are dispatched from our secure warehouse in Dandenong, Victoria.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
No. Mojo Direct utilises an efficient, secure warehousing and distribution system. This efficient system not only allows us to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, but also keeps our costs down and hence our prices down. Offering a pickup option greatly increases our overheads and hence our prices. Because of this we do not offer a pick up option. We do however, offer very cheap and fast delivery.
