Mojo Direct - Delivery & Dispatch

How can I pick up?
Pickup is available for our Victorian Customers.
You can collect any purchased items directly from our warehouse provider in Derrimut, VIC, or our showroom in Bayswater, VIC.

Important Pickup Note:
Your must wait until your Order Status reads 'Awaiting Pickup' before you pickup/book pickup.

During the checkout procedure select "Pickup from Derrimut, VIC" on the delivery/pickup step. Once your payment has cleared and order is ready for pickup, we will receive an email notification and your order status will be changed to 'Awaiting Pickup'. You will then need to contact the warehouse to book in your pickup.

Notes:

  • You must order your goods through the website.
  • The warehouse will not process any payments on site.
  • You must wait until your order status is 'Awaiting Pickup' before booking the pickup.
  • Please not attend the warehouse until your collection time has been confirmed.

During the checkout procedure select "Pickup from Bayswater, VIC". Once your payment has cleared and order is ready for pickup, we will receive an email notification and your order status will be changed to 'Awaiting Pickup'. Any orders placed and paid for before Wednesday 10am will be available on the following Saturday. Any orders placed after Wednesday 10am will be available on the next Saturday (of the next week). The showroom is open every Saturday from 10am to 1pm, unless otherwise advised. 

Notes:

  • Unless otherwise arranged, all payments must have cleared before collection.
  • We do not have all items at the showroom, you must place an order to ensure that the item/s you are after will be available for collection.

How much is delivery?
To calculate delivery costs, simply use the "Delivery Calculator" located on the item page by entering your postcode and quantity required. If you are interested in the total delivery cost for more than one item, simply add them to your cart (you are not committing to buy at this stage) and you can use the same calculator which is placed at the end of the list of items in your cart. When you purchase more than 1 item, the cart will calculate the combined delivery cost, providing you with the best possible price.


Which courier do you use?
Mojo Direct uses 'Direct Freight Express' couriers to deliver Australia wide. Some smaller items are sent via Australia Post.


Is the delivery insured?
Yes, delivery is insured for your piece of mind. If your order is lost/stolen/destroyed during transit, we will dispatch a replacement.


Do you deliver to PO BOX or RSD addresses?
Unfortunately not, our courier, like most, does not deliver to PO BOX or RSD addresses.


When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (business days) after your payment has been received.


Can I track the delivery of my order?
Yes, you will be issued with an email containing your consignment number and tracking details on the same day your item is dispatched.


How long will delivery take?
Delivery is via Road Express and usually takes 1-3 business days to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne & Adelaide. Perth, Darwin and other rural areas may take 3-7 business days. Whilst delivery times are usually very quick, please understand that we can not guarantee exact delivery times as this is beyond our control.


Does someone need to be home to sign for the delivery?
Yes, all courier deliveries require a signiture. If no one is usually home during the day, consider having the item delivered to your work address.

We do ask that the courier give you a call before delivery. Alternatively you can contact the courier yourself using the details and consignment number issued to you via email.


What days to you deliver?
Our courier will deliver on business days and during business hours only. However, when the courier calls you before delivery, you may ask for a time period for delivery. If you choose to do so, the carrier will advise you of any additional cost which you will need to pay the courier upon delivery.


Where is my order dispatched from?
Orders are dispatched from our secure warehouse in Derrimut, Victoria.
