If you are contacted by telephone by an individual or organisation claiming to represent Mojo Direct and would like to confirm that the contact is a representative of Mojo Direct, please contact us directly. Mojo Direct do not market any products or services by telephone marketing, if you are contact by an individual claiming to represent Mojo Direct with the intention of selling goods or services, do not purchase any goods or services from the caller and contact Mojo Direct immediately.

Access to Your Personal Information
In most cases you may have access to personal information that we hold about you. We will respond to all requests from you to access your personal information compliant with the National Privacy Principles.

We encourage all requests for access to your personal information to be directed to Mojo Direct by emailing us or by writing to us at our postal address. Responses and relevant actions will be conducted as quickly as possible. Requests for information deemed by Mojo Direct to be excessive or unusual, or information which is not currently in use, may require further time before a response can be given. In such cases, Mojo Direct will advise you of an expected time by which the information will be provided. Mojo Direct may contact you directly via an alternative contact method to validate your request. If a cost is incurred by Mojo Direct in order to retrieve your information, Mojo Direct may then charge you a fee to provide the information requested. In no case will Mojo Direct charge you a fee for your application for accessing the information.

Mojo Direct may refuse to grant access to personal information collected. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances where giving you access would: be unlawful (e.g., where a record which contains personal information about you is subject to a claim for legal professional privilege by one of our clients); have an unreasonable impact on other people's privacy; prejudice an investigation of unlawful activity.

In our business, personal information may be stored both electronically (on our computer system) and in hard-copy form. Firewalls, anti-virus software and email filters, as well as passwords, protect all our electronic information. Likewise, we take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of hard-copy information.

Disposal of Personal Information
Once your transaction is finalised, both the electronic and hard-copy information is securely archived. After a period of 7 years both the electronic and hard-copy information is destroyed.
