Product Returns

The Customer may request a refund or replacment for a change of mind, an incorrect Product selection, or if the Product supplied is not as expected or arrives damaged.

Any request for a refund or replacement received within 7 days of the Product being deleivered will be accepted.

Any request for a refund after 7 days from the Product being delivered will be at the discretion of Mojo Direct.

Product returns must be completed in a time frame stated by Mojo Direct at the time of the refund or replacement being accepted.

All accepted refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the Product being received by Mojo Direct, or at Mojo Directs discretion if the Product is not returned or unable to be returned.

Any request for a replacement Product will be accepted within 7 days of the Product being delivered providing that the Product is returned to Mojo Direct.
