Mojo Direct will attempt to supply the customer with the Products indicated on the Order Confirmation, subject to the terms and Conditions on this website.
Mojo Direct will email the Customer to confirm shipment contents once they have been dispatched. If a tracking number is supplied by the carrier it will be included in the email.
If Mojo Direct is unable to supply the goods at all or within a reasonable time frame after the order has been confirmed, Mojo Direct will offer a comparative good/s as a substitute or refund the customer any monies received for the specified goods. The choice of refund or substitute goods can be made by the customer.
