About These Terms And Conditions
In these Terms and Conditions 'Mojo Direct' means Mojo Direct Pty Ltd ACN 118 402 565  and 'customer' or 'the customer' or 'customers' means the individual or business making the purchase and engaging in the contract with Mojo Direct.
These Terms and Conditions together with the Order constitute the entire Contract between Mojo Direct and the customer for the supply of Goods. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless Mojo Direct vary the contract and that the variance is received by the customer in writing or by email.
