The online ordering process is easy. There is no need to refer to any files or specific price list and specifications as is often required with wholesale ordering. Everything is either right in front of you or one click away.
- Log in to your Mojo Direct account
- Browse to the product range that you are interested in and select the items that you wish to order, you may also reorder from a previous order.
- Adjust the quantity to the number of items required (you can change this before confirming your order)
- Proceed to Checkout or Checkout with Multiple Delivery Addresses
As you proceed through the process, each step is listed and contains a summary of the details. This allows to quickly review the order, and go back to any step to confirm or make a change.
1. Billing Details
- Select your billing address, you can also select to bill and deliver to that address
- You can select the billing address from previously populated details, there is no need to re-enter the details
2. Delivery Details
- If you are shipping to a different address, select the deliver address(es) for each item(s)
- You can select the address(es) from your address book.
3. Select your shipping method
- Available shipping options will be listed
- For paid services, you can fetch the quote based on the service, destination and items, the cost for that service will then be added.
4. Order Confirmation
- Review the order details
- Select your payment method
- Add any comments for the order
5. Payment Details
- Enter your payment details
- If you are paying by direct deposit, please advise us once the payment has been made.
Once your order has been submitted, it will be available for you to review at any time.
