Another factor to be considered is as follows: How hard do you feel that a designer is willing to work to make you happy? In other words, does he or she really want the job? This is a sort of gut instinct kind of response in some cases, but often it will be obvious. It is possible that you will get a great deal more out of a motivated designer who really cares about the end design than you do from a very established designer who feels that they have little or nothing to prove.

Hiring a designer is no small decision. After all, you will have to live with the results of the designer’s work. If there are various elements that you do not like, you will have to go through considerable expense and hassle to fix them.
