How much is delivery?
To calculate delivery costs, simply add the item(s) to your cart, then click the "my cart" button on the left hand side.
You can calculate delivery for all the items in your cart on this page - just enter in your postcode and press "calculate"
Which courier do you use?
Mojo Direct uses 'Bluestar Logistics' to deliver Australia wide.
For Pool Table deliveries to the Melbourne Metropolitan area we use Kings Transport.
You are also welcome to arrange your own carrier to collect your goods, however payment must have cleared before your goods will be released.
Do you deliver to PO BOX or RSD addresses?
No, our courier does not deliver to PO BOX or RSD addresses.
When will my order be dispatched?
Mojo Direct dispatches orders on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays.
Orders are usually dispatched on the next dispatch day after your payment has been received.
Can I track the delivery of my order?
Yes, you will be issued with an email containing your consignment number and tracking details on the same day as your item is dispatched.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery is via Road Express and usually takes 2-5 business days to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne & Adelaide. Perth, Darwin and rural areas may take longer (3-7 business days). Whilst delivery times are usually very quick, please understand that we can not guarantee exact delivery times as this is beyond our control.
Does someone need to be home to sign for the delivery?
Yes, someone will need to sign for the delivery, If the item is a Pool Table, the courier driver will need a hand to unload. Please make sure that you have someone available who is able to assist.
We do ask that the courier give you a call before delivery of large items. Alternatively you can contact the courier yourself using the details and consignment number issued to you via email.
Can you deliver on a specific day?
Yes we can, but only for Melbourne Metropolitan areas. A higher delivery fee may apply, please contact us directly for a quote and to arrange the time.
Most Pool Table deliveries in Melbourne Metropolitan areas can be upgraded to same day delivery for no additional charge. We will contact you to organise a time.
Can I pick up my order from your Bayswater warehouse?
Pick up is available during our open hours. Please wait for our confirmination email before picking up your order - this is to ensure goods are are in stock and ready for pick up.

What payment methods does Mojo Direct accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Direct Bank Deposit & Money Orders.
Mojo Direct is also a Bartercard member. Please contact us if you would like to make a purchase using your Bartercard account.
Can I pay for my order when I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pay via Cash or EFTPOS / Credit Card when you pick up your order.
Is it safe to use my Credit Card to pay for a Mojo Direct order online?
Yes, we use a Secure Australian Payment Gateway called 'eWay'. All transactions are processed in REAL-TIME so you can see if your transaction was successful and the exact amount charged to your card. You will also receive a Credit Card transaction receipt via email for any online credit card transactions made via the Mojo Direct website. Furthermore, the Mojo Direct website uses Secure SSL Encryption when you enter in any personal or credit card details. You can view our SSL certification certificate by clicking on the C-O-M-O-D-O logo in the bottom right hand corner of our website. So rest assured, your details are safe.

Vinyl
Vinyl material is made from resins formed by polymerization of compounds containing the vinyl group or plastics made from such resins. It is a high wearing material and higher grades of vinyl can provide a similar appearance and feel as some PU leather materials.
PU Leather
Items listed By Mojo Direct as PU Leather are primarily covered with a material known as by cast leather. By cast leather is a synthetic material consisting of a thick polyurethane (PU) layer applied to a leather or reconstituted leather base.
This material can vary in its finish and feel. The higher grade PU Leather provides a smooth, shiny finish very similar to that of genuine leather. Other grades of PU leather may feel thinner, and softer than genuine leather

Split Leather
Items listed By Mojo Direct as Split leather are primarily covered with a material that is created from the fibrous part of the hide left once the Top-Grain of the raw hide has been separated. Split leather then has an artificial layer applied to the surface of the split and is embossed with a leather grain. The material is then pressed through rollers to flatten and even out one side of the material, giving it the smooth appearance of full-grain leather.

Genuine Leather
Items listed By Mojo Direct as Genuine Leather are primarily covered with Corrected-Grain Leather created through the tanning of hides and skins of cattle hide. The tanning process converts the putrescible skin into a durable, long-lasting and versatile natural material for various uses. Corrected-Grain leather is any Top-Grain leather that has had its surfaces sanded or buffed in order to remove any imperfections on the surface due to insect bites, healed scars or brands.

Top Grade Leather
Items listed By Mojo Direct as top grade leather are primarily covered with Full-Grain or Top-Grain hide that have not been corrected in order to remove imperfections on the surface of the hide. The grain remains in its natural state which will allow the best fiber strength, resulting in greater durability. The natural grain also has natural breathability, resulting in greater comfort. The natural Full-Grain surface will wear better than other leather. Rather than wearing out, it will develop a natural "Patina" and grow more beautiful over time. The finest leather furniture and footwear are made from Full-Grain leather. For these reasons only the best raw hide are used in order to create Full-Grain or Top-Grain leather. Full grain leathers can mainly be bought as two finish types: aniline and semi-aniline.

Italian Leather
Items listed By Mojo Direct as Genuine Italian Leather are primarily covered with a Genuine or Top Grade Leather sourced from Italy. Please refer to Genuine Leather and Top Grade Leather for more details

MDF
MDF stands for Medium-density fiberboard. MDF is an engineered wood product formed by breaking down softwood into wood fibers and combining it with wax and resin to form panels through the application of high temperature and pressure. It is considerably denser than normal particle board.
As MDF is wood based product, it can be affected by moisture. Please keep MDF products away from high moisture in order to preserve the product and its longevity.
Chip Board
Chip board is also known as particleboard. It is a cheaper denser and more uniform than conventional wood or plywood and is substituted for them when appearance and strength are less important than cost. However, particleboard can be made more attractive by painting or the use of wood veneers that are glued onto surfaces that will be visible. Though it is denser than conventional wood, Medium-Density fiberboard (MDF) is stronger and denser than chip board.
As Chip Board is a wood based product, it can be affected by moisture. Please keep chip board products away from high moisture in order to preserve the product and its longevity. The covering of the chip board will help protect from spills of liquids, however exposed areas will still be affected.

For all cases, the best thing to do is to contact us and let us know. At Mojo Direct, we are always wanting to have a happy customer and good experience for everyone. The best way to acheive this is to simply let us know what the issue is and we'll sort it out from out there. If you intend to return a product in person, please let us know before hand. That way we can make sure that we have a solution ready for you and possibly avoid a wasted trip for you.
What if I changed my mind?
While we reserve the right to refuse refunds, alocate credit or replace the item if you change your mind, please feel free to contact us to disucss any alternatives. However, please note that we may not include the shipping costs and that you may be asked cover the shipping cost to return the item.
What if my order arrives broken?
If Mojo Direct Product shows symptoms of a failure, or is discovered to be broken / faulty when first taken from its packaging and that the damage is not as a result of mishandling or lack of due care during delivery, it may be classed as DOA
To confirm that your item is DOA, please contact us immediately. Please keep all packaging and if possible, send us some photos of the issue and the packaging.
If we agree that the item is DOA, we will arrange a replacement (subject to availability), refund or offer an equivalant item in exchange. For items confirmed as DOA, we will also include the intial shipping cost (excluding any insurance premium).
In some circumstances Mojo Direct may ask you to return the product and we also reserve the right to test the returned Product prior to providing a replacement or refund. If the condition of the Product was misrepresented to Mojo Direct, Mojo Direct may reject the item as being classed as DOA and invoice the customer for any additional shipping expenses incurred to or from Mojo Direct.
What if something goes wrong with my product?
First of all do not test the Product or continue to use it and store it in safe location. Once done, contact us as soon as possible and if possible send us photos of the fault.
When goods supplied by Mojo Direct suffer a manufacturing failure within the stated warranty period, Mojo Direct will exchange the Product where possible, refund you the purchase price of the Product or offer a suitable replacement.
Replacement Products are provided with balance of the original product's warranty from the time of the fault being reported to Mojo Direct.
But what if it is out of warranty?
That's ok, we may still be able to help out. Contact us at your convenience to discuss the fault and we'll see what we can do.
How do I arrange a return?
To arrange a return, you should have already contacted us under one of the circumstances mentioned above. In any case, you will need to have a Return Authorization (RA). We'll give this to you during our disscusion about the issue with you.
Please note that Products should not be returned without a RA.
Once you have received your RA, please make sure that you return the Product to Mojo Direct within 10 business days. All Products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the Product or as directed by Mojo Direct.
