Awesome Chair with Lots of Features and a Great Price

Overall, this is the best chair I have owned to date. Better than the multiple officework and Ikea chairs I have used in the past and by a very, very long way. - Posted by Antonio on 27h Sep 2012

Maximum Comfort

The Vorso office chair adapts to your body shape with a maximum comfort cushioned seat that naturally dips toward the back of the chair and contours to the shape of your legs. For your arms, moulded armrests easily raise or lower for added comfort. Say goodbye to hard, painful plastic armrests that dig uncomfortably into your forearms!

Versatile Mesh Back

Comfort levels shift at different times of the day. Sitting for long periods can get hot and uncomfortable. Mesh backing offers support along your spine while promoting air circulation in all those places that tend to overheat. Long in the torso? The Vorso chair has a height adjustable back rest. Or change the angle of the backrest and lock the tilt mechanism in place for awhile.

At Work Adaptability

Have you ever met in a boardroom or office only to find that the office chair arms don’t fit under the table, making it next to impossible to take notes or read comfortably? From the boardroom to the cubicle, the Vorso ergonomic chair adjusts to the height of any desk or table. For visual presentations, a smooth swivel feature lets you turn comfortably in any direction needed.

In this price range, these features are hard to beat!

  1. Awesome Chair with Lots of Features and a Great Price

Posted by Antonio on 27th Sep 2012

Came home to a big brown Kingpin Box.
All components were carefully packaged and seem to be of high quality.

Assembly was a breeze with straight forward instructions provided. It literally took me 10 minutes to assemble.

The Chair is sturdy, light and of great build quality. Sat on this chair for a decent amount of time so far and it is very comfortable.

The adjustable lumbar, height and tilt functions are what make this chair stand out which allow you to adjust it to your perfect sitting position.

Overall, this is the best chair I have owned to date. Better than the multiple officework and Ikea chairs I have used in the past and by a very, very long way.

I cant find any faults to this chair yet considering the price, features and comfort level.

  2. An alright chair.

If you're looking for a chair with absolute comfort, you may want to skip over this chair. Not to say that it isn't comfortable in its own way, just that being one of the cheaper variants of a long line of ergonomics, this retains its appearance and features of its family, sadly not the comfort to the higher priced chairs.

It would seem this chair seems to fit mostly for someone of average or more height (Depending where you're from); Being 172cm the chair seems to be bigger than me in all aspects, even when it's on its lowest settings. The arm's are too short that I can't get any comfort on it and with this, I have to rotate the chair itself to only let one arm on it - so it's either left arm has comfort, or the right one.
However for someone of a larger size, you wouldn't have this trouble as both your arms could reach.
The chair has no lumbar support, though the back rest design for it does somewhat try replicate the effect; Depending on how you sit though, with this your back may hit the plastic piece behind the mesh, but it's not discomforting.
The mesh itself allows for airflow, but not as much as one would imagine if they're shopping for a mesh chair the first time around. It's adequate and the material for it is strong and feels quite durable.
The padding on the seat could be an issue for some, I'm unaware of what the material itself is but it feels somewhat itchy at first. Wearing some thicker pants would be recommended at first until the 'factory made' feel disappears from it, where it's moderately comforting. The grooves embedded on the seat do not get in the way of the male 'package' and is not discomforting if your legs cross over it.
The arm rests are made of gel and the design for it could be part of what makes it a little uncomfortable for me. The arm rests are designed with a 'crater' (For a lack of better words) effect, where the edges are higher than the middle. This is uncomfortable if you're a person who puts your elbows on the arm rest - the effect is more designed to hold your arms themselves than a point for your elbows.

Overall the chair is what you paid for. Definitely above regular office chairs you'd pay 50$ for, but it's not as great as chairs that go for 400~500$, or more. To be expected.

The chair itself is quite nice and when you find the settings most comfortable for you, you wont feel all that snug like you're in a bed, but you'll definitely feel more comfortable than you would sitting in plastic chairs.
My only complaint with this chair is the arm rests themselves. There's no 'rotation' for it so I could bring both of them close, and the shortness of it, it being too far from me.

If you're someone about my height, I wouldn't recommend this chair unless you just want a budget chair that isn't a regular 50$ office chair. However if you're taller and sit in an upright position, I would definitely recommend the chair. For what it's worth the features and materials of it are more than you'd expect.
4 out of 5 stars, as it's a good chair, but not perfect.
